My mother returne to the hospital very well.I feel very happy that my mother is at home.I almost cryed when I was sent to the hospital. As a schedule for living at home, we have a system in which a doctor and a nurse will come immediately after a meet with the care manner.I'm looking forward to it.

母は今日は新しいケアマネジャーと看護師さんと、面談が出来ました。

看護師さんとdoctorが定期的に訪問して下るので、本当に心強いです。
