JAG Arrests Justice Department Deep Staters On Christmas Eve | Real Raw News

White Hats over the holidays delivered Christmas gloom to three Justice Department lawyers who had helped the late special council Jack Smith politically persecute and prosecute President Donald J. Trump on spurious charges, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

As reported previously, JAG executed Smith in early November following a military tribunal at which a panel of hardened jurors found him guilty of treason and other high crimes. Our source said JAG had thoroughly investigated Smith’s staff and identified eight persons—clerical staff, paralegals, and lawyers—who, like Smith, had an irrational hatred of President Trump and had dedicated their professional lives to his downfall despite having absolutely no inculpative evidence against him.

According to a criminal affidavit reviewed by RRN, JAG had wiretapped Smith’s staffers’ homes and offices in July 2023, a month after a grand jury of Deep State sympathizers indicted Trump on baseless charges related to the handling of classified documents. Within days of the indictment, Smith began filling his office with employees whose visceral acrimony toward Trump ought to have precluded them, and Smith, from prosecutorial duties.

On August 3, 2023, JAG agents surreptitiously planted audio and visual recording devices in the home and office of David Harbach, a member of Smith’s legal team and former partner at O’Melveny & Myers law firm. When JAG retrieved the devices a week later, they found sufficient and substantive evidence to indict Harbach and two co-workers, Julie Edelstein and David Rody, on charges of treason, conspiracy to defraud the United States, election interference, and seditious conspiracy.

Video footage, timestamped August 11, 2023, from a miniature camera JAG had concealed in Harbach’s office bookshelf shows the trio huddled around a mahogany desk and discussing their joint hatred of Trump, his family, his friends, and his businesses. At one point in the clip, Harbach is heard saying, “We’ll fuck this guy [Trump] in every orifice. It doesn’t matter if he, as president, had the power to declassify documents at will. What matters is that we’ll say he didn’t, and the media will corroborate that. Trump’s federally fucked.”

Edelstein chimed in: “His family’s a threat. We must put them in prison too or at least be sure they can never run for public office.”

Rody added, “Jack knows what he’s doing. He gives the directions; we follow them. When this is said and done—I’m looking forward to my nest egg.”

Our source said that a fragment of the conversation was incontrovertible proof that Smith and his staffers conspired to illegally prevent Trump from running for office in 2024.

Additional evidence of a criminal conspiracy was found on an audio recording device JAG had hidden in a seat cushion in Edelstein’s car. On September 3, 2023, Edelstein and fellow staffer John Pellettieri were carpooling to work when the latter blurted, “Did he [Trump] really do anything wrong? The documents—he was president, had the power to declassify, and didn’t tell anyone to riot on the Capitol. Are we doing this for justice or for Biden?”

“I’d keep my mouth shut unless your goal is to end up in prison like Trump will be, or worse, disappear somewhere in a lake,” the fiendish Edelstein replied.

Our source said JAG has a dozen more incriminating recordings.

“Since Smith’s been dealt with, Admiral French gave the order on December 23 to arrest the trio on Christmas Eve. We knew where they were, all in the greater D.C. area, probably waiting for Santa to slide down the chimney and not JAG agents busting through their front doors,” our source said.

He added that the raids occurred simultaneously. The indefatigable JAG teams, who had sacrificed spending Christmas Eve with their families to pursue the nefarious Deep Staters, surveilled the residences before storming inside. Instead of Christmas gifts, they carried copies of “no-knock” warrants, rifles, and handguns.

At Edelstein’s house, she, her husband, and their two young children were relaxing in the living room watching television as JAG agents charged inside and read her the riot act, reciting the charges against her and quipping, “Merry Christmas.”

“We’re Jewish, idiot,” Edelstein said. “And you are in a world of shit for doing this.”

As she spoke, her husband Travis Gibbs slipped his hand beneath a sofa cushion; JAG agents believed he was reaching for a concealed weapon and shot him where he sat, three 9mm rounds hitting his cheek, neck, and chest.

The children screamed. So did Edelstein. The agents reportedly injected her and her kids with a sedative and extracted them from the house, while leaving Gibbs to bleed out for his act of insouciance.

The other two arrests—Harbach’s and Rody’s—took place without bloodshed. However, three more “non-combatants” were taken into custody with the Deep State criminals, our source said.

“We don’t like it when this war bleeds over to peoples’ families—it sucks. But, look, they made the beds they sleep in. They’re the ones who put their loved ones in danger. We do everything in our power to isolate Deep Staters, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. Our guys found a .380 pistol under that cushion, so it was justifiable. No harm will come to their children,” our source said.

Asked whether those captured would face military tribunals, our source said, “I can’t say for sure. But I’d guess not. They’ll just get a rope around the neck. Just the tip of the iceberg. We got a dozen or more to get.”

Deep State Judge Juan Merchan has become the latest cabalist executed at Guantanamo Bay without first having had a military tribunal. On December 23, Merchan was taken from his cell and brought before a cadre of military brass that had gathered at the gallows to bid him farewell.

As reported previously, US Navy JAG investigators apprehended Merchan at his home in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens, New York, informing him that he was being held to account for a bevy of high crimes, including treason, seditious conspiracy, and defrauding the United States.

JAG’s primary charge, treason, centered on Merchan telling a 12-member jury that it did not have to reach a unanimous verdict to find Trump guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying documents to cover up “hush money” payments to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election.  In doing so, the activist Justice violated his oath of office and partook in a personal crusade to crucify President Trump.

In addition to Merchan, JAG had also leveled charges against the jurors, claiming they were Democratic operatives whom the Deep State had financially compensated for obeying Merchan’s unconstitutional deliberation instructions. As of September 2024, eleven of the twelve were in custody, and one had died resisting arrest. RRN is currently trying to learn their fate, but it’s beyond the scope of this article.

What we do know and have reported on is that when Adm. Christopher C. French assumed control of JAG in September, he decreed that holding tribunals for Deep Staters whose guilt was already a matter of public record would only waste time and money and was, therefore, unnecessary. In mid-December, a JAG source told Real Raw News that Adm. French reviewed JAG’s file on Merchan and said he met the qualifications for an expeditious hanging.

“The compelling factor was Merchan going on record telling those jurors, even though they were already compromised, that they didn’t need unanimity to convict Trump on each charge. All else aside, this was a judge bending the law to his will,” our source said.

At 10:00 a.m. Monday, a handcuffed Merchan arrived at the gallows and was given only 30 seconds to make a final statement.

“I convicted Trump based on payments reimbursing Michael Cohen for paying Stormy Daniels. I stand by my decision, and I’d do it again,” Merchan said.

Adm. French’s only response: “Very well.”

He instructed the hangman to place an opaque cloth bag over Merchan’s head, followed by the noose.

“Trump won’t live to see his inaugu–,” were Merchan’s last words, cut short as the door beneath his feet flipped open and he fell.

A Navy physician confirmed the time of death: 10:03 a.m., December 23.

No word better embraces current mania, as the skies are teeming with swarms of unidentified flying objects that appear and disappear at will. From radiation-hunting drones searching for long-lost nuclear bombs to holo-drones readying Project Bluebeam, drone sightings are the talk of the nation, so much so the word “drone” has replaced “Donald Trump” in Google’s search rankings.

The Department of Homeland (in)Security and the FBI have looked to downplay the sightings to alleviate public panic, saying that observers are unequivocally misidentifying airplanes, helicopters, and stars as UAVs—the feds believe an educated person cannot differentiate a hovering drone from Sirius A.

“We’ve not corroborated a single sighting. We’ve seen 5,000 reports. What we have are unskilled observers and a lot of conspiratorial thinking,” the FBI has said of the sightings.

However, White Hats say they are certainly able to tell the difference between a basketball and car-size drone and an Airbus A320. So, they scoffed at the feds’ dismissive rationale when a three dazzling drones buzzed White Hat headquarters at Camp Pendleton last week.

At approximately 3:00 a.m. on December 14, guards posted at Fallbrook and Las Pulgas Gates—access points along Interstate 15—spotted three stationary, luminous objects half a mile offshore at an altitude of 1,000 feet asl.

“It was a best guess,” a Pendleton source told Real Raw News. “No flights were airborne at that hour, and no landings were scheduled. Four Marines saw the same objects in the sky.”

He added that the alternating amber, red, and purple lights loitered silently for several minutes and then moved toward the shoreline, their altitude increasing and decreasing at random intervals.

The sentries, our source said, contacted Marine Air Control Group 38, which manages air traffic navigation, integration, and coordination, to ask whether they, too, saw the anomalous craft encroaching on restricted airspace. The Air Control commander confirmed the sighting and said she had already informed base security.

“While they were watching the drones go dark, lights went out. There was nothing on the radar either. Just a dark sky. It was perplexing.

A minute later, they reappeared, this time directly above the highly classified Naval Weapons Center on the east side of Pendleton.

Our source said base security personnel tried to jam the drones but were unsuccessful. The spherical craft, each the circumference of five basketballs, had four whisper-quiet propellers attached to four arms protruding from the surface. Further attempts to jam the drones’ telemetry provoked an unexpected response: They became veritable beacons of dazzling, kaleidoscopic light. Their brilliance, our source said, captivated those looking skyward but alarmed Pendleton’s leadership, who debated whether to shoot them down.

“We know they weren’t ours, meaning US military hardware. What did we know? Were they surveillance drones? For all we knew, they could’ve had explosives or chemicals inside. I know it sounds out of this world, but those pulsing lights seemed to hypnotize anyone looking up for too long—a hypnotic trance,” our source said.

The glowing orbs warranted closer inspection, and White Hats sent an AH-1Z Viper gunship airborne to assess the threat. As the chopper approached and reached co-altitude (2500’) with the drones, its instruments went haywire. The drones retreated, flitting west beyond Pendelton’s perimeter and back over the Pacific, their lights dimming.

At that point the Viper pilots opened fire with the gunship’s lethal 20mm rotary cannon; the shells shredded two of the three orbs, sending debris tumbling to the ocean, while the third drone inexplicably disappeared and presumably escaped unharmed.

“We don’t know if they were autonomous or piloted remotely. It was an incursion. They weren’t hobbyist drones, that’s for damn sure. If we recover wreckage, we’ll share more info,” our source said in closing.

White Hats have been tinkering with the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) at Mount Weather but declined to say why a team of Army Network Communication Specialists (MOS 25H) arrived at the subterranean fortress on December 12 and are still there.

As reported in March 2022, White Hats, in a daring assault, seized FEMA’s secret stronghold and control of the EBS that lay within, taking significant casualties in a gunfight through the labyrinth. White Hats have since held the mountain despite, according to sources, despite three attempts by FEMA to retake it on behalf of the Deep State.

White Hats have been cagey about discussing FEMA’s failure to reclaim Mount Weather. In fact, any discourse dealing with the mountain seems to have become taboo—which is atypical since General Smith’s office has had no qualms about sharing information on other White Hat missions.

Still, on December 15, a source at Camp Pendleton told Real Raw News that a platoon of network specialists out of Fort Gordon—home of US ARMY Cyber Command—showed up, escorted by soldiers from the 7th Special Forces Group, at Mt. Weather and at once began fiddling with the EBS. He said a convoy carrying myriad communications gear had accompanied the soldiers to the mountain.

“Six Command Tactical Trucks, 32 Commo guys, and 12 Special Forces. I’m sure Gen. Smith and the White Hat council know what they’re up to, but they ain’t saying. One thing’s for sure: They brought enough gear for a major overhaul. Those of us who’ve caught wind of the operation, one way or another—so, all we do is speculate but the general isn’t forthcoming,” our source said.

He suggested a few plausible yet unsubstantiated possibilities.

“One theory going around is that since President Trump isn’t dissolving FEMA, there’s fear he might ask us to surrender Mt. Weather and put it back under FEMA’s control, and that’s a terrifying thought. And since that, however surreal, might happen, safeguards are being put on the EBS to prevent them from using it to make a False Flag event. Maybe if they do, the mountain will explode. Trump’s been asked to get rid of FEMA, but, no, he wants to gut and rebuild it. We don’t trust FEMA. We never will,” our source said.

“Another guess is the Deep State trying to disrupt the electoral vote certification or Trump’s presidential inauguration, and that the EBS is being fortified against cyber attacks in case we have to issue a “call to arms” if the Deep State tries to block Trump or stage an attack. We’ve heard before that if that were to happen, an EBS would be sent out to rally patriots, you know, to lock and load,” he continued.

He said that US Army Cyber Command and Marines Corps Forces Cyberspace Command have intercepted diabolical Deep State chatter discussing plans to assassinate Trump before or during his 2025 inaugural address to the nation.

“I can say we’ve heard talk of Deep State plotting to kill ‘President Musk’ and ‘Vice President Trump’ cause that’s how they see things—that Musk is really going to be the president, a stooge for China, and that Trump will kowtow to Elon’s whims, groveling before a man wealthier than he is because Trump values wealth above anything else, which is a load of horseshit. Anyway, that’s another rumor going around.”

Rumors, speculation, and innuendo aside, something important is happening at Mount Weather, and if the White Hat council drops its cloak of secrecy, we’ll share what we learn.

A CDC official who had been held in pretrial confinement at GITMO since September 2023 was found dead in her cell Tuesday morning in yet another vigilante attack on Deep Staters whose tribunals are long overdue, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

CDC Chief Medical Officer Debra Houry was one of a dozen “Covid criminals” detained at Camp Delta’s T-Block, segregated housing for non-violent detainees. At approximately 7:15 a.m., a guard delivering breakfast trays saw Houry lying motionless on her bunk. But she wasn’t sleeping. A bandana covered her mouth, and her wrists and ankles were tied together with pieces of rope. Moreover, countless syringes protruded from her face, torso, arms, and legs, and 15 empty vials of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine lay scattered about the cell floor.

Paramedics arrived within minutes and pronounced her dead; she had no pulse, and rigor mortis had already set in. Her face and abdomen had swelled to three times their normal size.

“The woman had so many needles in her face, she looked like Pinhead from the Hellraiser movie,” our source said. “It looks like someone wanted to ensure she was up to date on her vaccinations. Preliminary physical evidence—she got jabbed 150 times with 150 clot shot boosters. And she sure didn’t hogtie and vaccinate herself.”

He declined to say whether JAG has identified any suspects but did say the nature of the crime suggests that two or more people with access to Houry’s cell conspired to murder her.

“The cells on that block don’t have cameras in them, but they’re in the corridors. To access the block there is a magnetically controlled gate. A guard in the control room, and he watches the camera feeds, has to buzz you through the gate. The cells on T-Block are in the nethermost reaches of the camp and haven’t gotten upgrades—the doors still have key locks,” our source said.

Asked how many sets of keys JAG has for each cell, he answered “three.”

“The guards on duty have once (sic.). There’s a key in the control booth. And the Master-at-Arms has keys to every cell. Obviously, there’s questioning going on right now, but I’m not authorized to elaborate, at least not yet. Then there’s the issue of finding out how someone got their hands on the vaccine. It’s not stored at GITMO. We’ve outlawed it.”

He noted that the killer must have worn gloves, for neither the syringes nor the vials had fingerprints.

The source told RRN he’d supply further details when possible.

The extrajudicial homicide is the latest in a spate of vigilantism that has plagued GITMO for several years and the first to occur under Vice Admiral Christopher C. French’s leadership. His predecessor claimed to abhor vigilantes but showed mercy to vigilantes found guilty of slaying detainees.
