CP hight influence on Ic-CP length characteristics with P-S isolation

This time, primary and secondary coiles are isolated each other, although couplingcapacitance may not be negligible.

SWR was minmized everytime counterpoise lengh was changed.

Results were completely different from the previous experiment with the P-S connection.

This time, (1)no resonant curves were seen (2)higher the hight of the CP, more Ic current becomes (3)Longer the CP length, more Ic current becomes.
