Huawei has announced a £20m investment

On January 15, local time, the first Huawei UK & Ireland Developer Conference was held in London. During the event, Huawei announced a £20m investment plan to encourage developers in the UK and Ireland to integrate applications into the "Huawei Mobile Services" ecosystem. The event showcased the opportunities presented by "Huawei Mobile Services" to UK businesses, including direct access to huawei's latest hardware and leading artificial intelligence technology. In May 2019, Google stopped providing GMS services to Huawei's new phones after the US Department of Commerce added huawei to its entity list, citing national security concerns. Since then, Huawei has accelerated its own "Huawei Mobile Services" to improve the user experience.It now has 600 million active users in more than 170 countries, including 72 million in Europe, including the UK.
