Most of the midnight I stay up for a couple of hours. Checking recorded tv programs and internet are the first thing I do. Placing back washed dishes and pans are next things to do. Sometimes fill my stomach with crackers or small instant noodlese for making myself sleep
Checking weather and my daily schedule are also adtion. When feeling sleepy starts, blashing teeth is helping to induce to better sleeping. Surrounded with quiet and calming stomosphre is my favorite time.
