で・・・前回はルールが矛盾してるんじゃないの？　

と疑問だったのですが・・・よく考えたら、私の英語の解釈がおかしいのかもしれないと考え始めました。

（頼りにしている Google 先生も同罪　笑）

RoboCupJunior Rescue Line 2024 Rules で

2.5.7. Obstacles will not be placed closer than 25 cm from the edge of the field (including edges of tiles that are elevated by ramps) and inclined tiles.

この文の and が何と何をつなげているのかですが、片方は inclined tiles です。（これは明確）

で、もう片方が the edge of the field なのか field なのか、どちらなのでしょうか？

Google翻訳だと

フィールドの端や傾斜したタイルから 25 cm 以内に障害物を置かないでください。

になり、and は  the edge of the field と inclined tiles をつなげています。

Chat GPT に翻訳を頼むと

障害物は、フィールドの端および傾斜したタイルから25 cm未満の距離に配置されません。 

と訳されて、やっぱりand は  the edge of the field と inclined tiles をつなげています。

この英語の解釈は英語が母国語の人に聞くしかないのかなぁ・・・

で・・・英語が得意な人に確認したら・・・

field and inclined tiles

のようです。

なので、数学的に書くと・・・

the edge of the（（field） and （inclined tiles））

となります。

2.5.7 フィールドの端（傾斜路で上った高い床のタイルの端を含む）および傾斜したタイルの端から 25cm 以内には障害物を設置しません。

となりますね。
