トランプ氏は、イランが「見せかけの民主主義のふりをした、腐敗した独裁国家」で、

2015年のイランとの核開発合意は「米国にとって最悪で最も片務的なやりとりのひとつだ」と批判。

ベネズエラ政府についても、腐敗した「社会主義独裁国家」で、
米国は行動に出る用意があると警告した。
