Since 1995, there has been an increase in new styles of renovating parts of houses to serve okonomiyaki.
Many of the owners were aunts, which supported the spread of okonomiyaki in Hiroshima Prefecture. Around this time, we started adding noodles and pork, creating the prototype of Hiroshima's okonomiyaki.
