China, Russia, and others are still trying to maintain their dictatorships.

They keep saying they are the winners and Japan is the loser.
If they kept saying such things in athletics and sports, they would be treated as lunatics.
Yet, only in the UN such misdeeds go unchecked.
If there were a leader who thought that they could blame the losers for being winners and leave them in a state of weakness, they would be banned for life.
