ぶっちゃけ、低収入・貧困州であればこそ、さしあたりやや粗放な農業を展開するという作戦に出勝ちになっちゃう（だってそれが最高度に収入と名誉と自尊心を調和する仕方だろう―でなきゃあ、密林奥深くにもぐって原住民を殺しながら水銀まみれになって金を採る？）ので、そこで政府なりなんなりが、いますこしなんとかなりそうな指導をして欲しいなあと思うのである、私としては。
