昔、渋谷でホームレスの人たちとちょっと交流があった頃に、親御さんと思われる２人組に連れて来られた18歳ぐらいの少年が、捨てて行かれちゃったことありましたよ。白昼、西武の前あたりに車を停めて、降ろして行っちゃったらしいです。名古屋の方のナンバーだったと、見ていた人から聞きました。

どういう診断名かはわかりませんが、かなり重度の知的障害を持っていて、叫んだり暴れたりするだけで自分の名前も言えなくて、ホームレスのおじさんたちがしばらく面倒を見ていましたが、そのうち行政の人が来て連れて行ったみたいです。そういうことが実際にあったので、親も施設も神様じゃないから。

大阪の方だったか、檻に入れていたのがバレて親御さんが逮捕されたり、部屋に監禁して罪に問われたり、後になっていろいろ出て来ましたけど、一般のご家庭でどうしようもなくて、そうなってしまうこともありますよね。預かってもらえないんだから。

どんなにその子を愛していても、親の経済力にも体力にも限界があるし、その子と一緒に死ぬか、おむつを穿かせて檻に入れておくか、どこかに捨てて来るしか生きる方法がない、となったらどれを選びますかね。究極の選択ですよね。
