赤道ギニア：ロシア軍事顧問団を受け入れ

　赤道ギニアは最近、高官の濃厚オフィスラブ・エロビデオ400本流出で面白国家として名を挙げたが―

　残念なことに、情勢の不確かさはこの国を面白国家にしてはおかないのである。
　ロシアの「アフリカ軍団」もとワグネルがこの2か月ほど、100～200名規模で派遣され、大統領警護やエリートガードの訓練をしているとか。

　ウクライナは微妙に息切れし始めているようで、先を見据えてアフリカでのプレゼンスを高める努力を継続していたロシアの先見性が光る―ということになろうか。あんまりうまい手ではないと思うがなあ。ともあれ８月から、首都など主要都市2個ほどに展開しているとのこと。

　なんというか、赤道ギニアはあまり上品さで知られた国ではなく、米国からは人道的な意味で批判を受ける。地下資源に豊かで、まあ誰もが狙う国ではあろうが、しかしロシア・ベラルーシとガスや鉱石の探査計画の合意をしているが、そうした計画はこれが初めてではない、かつて中国とも結んだことがある―というので…。
