生産性が低い国会運営
国会での与野党の討議を見た事がある人は多いと思う。パワーポイント及びスクリーンを使っている所を見た事がない。政治改革は何も選挙やお金にまつわる事だけではない。国会議員という高給取りなら可能な限り良い制度や政策を生み出して欲しいと思うのは当然であろう。
現代はIT技術が格段に進歩しており、システムエンジニアに任せれば、国会向けの素晴らしいシステムを提案しかつ構築してくれるだろう。
国が中小企業のIT化を推し進めようとしているが、足元の非効率な国会運営のあり方を見直したら如何だろうか？
Low Productivity in Parliamentary Management
I think many people have seen the debates between the ruling and opposition parties in the Diet. I have never seen them using PowerPoint or a screen. Political reform is not just about elections and money. It is natural we want that highly paid Diet members produce the best possible systems and policies.
IT technology has advanced dramatically in today's world, and if you leave it to a systems engineer, they will be able to propose and build an excellent system for the Diet.
The government is trying to promote the ITization of small and medium-sized enterprises, but why not reconsider the current inefficient way in which the Diet is run?
