梅雨と梅干し

Since the rainy season is over.

We will dry shiso plums from today.

Let it dry for about two days. In the evening, take it into the room. Repeat it.On the third day leave it dry out side and expose it to the night dew.Then you can make moist umeboshi.

梅雨も明けましたので、今日から頑張って梅干しを干します。

２〜３日干しますが、朝干して夕方は家に取り込み、これを繰り返します。

最終日は夜露にあてるととてもしっとりした梅干しになります。

梅雨と梅が同じ文字で驚きました💖💖💖

When I lived in Niigata 20 years ago. I started making Umeboshi with my mom friend from Hokkaido.And I watched the movie together.

梅干しを作ったきっかけは、20年前に新潟に住んでいるときの隣のママ友と始めたのがきっかけです。

映画も観ました。
