However, due to the restrictions on the use of crane hooks, vertical pumps, vertical centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducers and other equipment, we need to frequently load and unload thrust ball bearings. 
Let's take a look at the installation points: 
1, The solid cage needs to be installed in a suitable range, otherwise too deep will cause the steel ball to move too little, and too shallow will cause the embossing to be raised, so the strength of the connecting part of the two is not enough to cause the problem of shedding and scrapping. 
2, M-type stamping cage uses a flange assembly mold. After pressing, the steel ball is required to rotate flexibly in the pocket hole, but it cannot fall off from the 6301 ball bearing pocket hole, and the technical regulations check the amount of movement of the steel ball in the pocket hole. In fact, a brief summary of the above points is that the quality control of the thrust ball bearing cage and steel ball compression makes us focus on the installation process.
