中国新興EVのNIO、収益水増しか　米調査会社が指摘（記事冒頭のみ）

中国の新興電気自動車（EV）メーカー、上海蔚来汽車（NIO）が収益を水増ししている可能性があるという記事。米国の調査会社、グリズリー・リサーチが、そのようなリポートを公表したそうです。

「リポートによると、NIOは非連結の関連会社、武漢蔚能電池資産（湖北省武漢市）を通じて自社の売上高を10%、純利益を95%膨らませた疑いがあるという。武漢蔚能は車載用バッテリーのサブスクリプション（定額課金）サービス会社で、電池世界最大手の寧徳時代新能源科技（CATL）などと共同で設立した。

EVはバッテリーの充電時間の長さと劣化が課題の一つとなっており、NIOは「バッテリー・アズ・ア・サービス（BaaS）」として顧客に定額でのバッテリー交換サービスを提供している。NIOは武漢蔚能を通じてサービス契約期間（約7年）分の収益を前倒しで計上した可能性があるなどとしている。」

こういう不正が起きないように、収益認識会計基準を決めたはずですが．．．。

ただ、連結グループ外の会社をからませているということなので、発覚しづらかったのかもしれません。

もちろん、調査会社が適当な推測をいっているだけなのかもしれません。

会社側は否定しているそうです。
