Deloitte acquires business psychologists

英国デロイトが、Kaisen Consultingという英国の産業心理分野のコンサル会社を買収するという記事。（日本語の「改善」を英語にした社名のようです。）

The Big Four firm has acquired Bristol-based Kaisen Consulting, a boutique leadership consultancy of business psychologists.

Kaisen advises companies on defining leadership strategies, assessing individuals for their leadership potential and helping develop those individuals.

The practice will offer Deloitte’s global client base access to a full range of leadership services, including: unique assessment tools, such as in-depth psychological profiling; management development; and leadership strategy.

この会社には現在60人の従業員がいますが、デロイトはグローバルで2020年までに700人を新たに採用するそうです。

The business currently has 60 employees but Deloitte plans on recruiting 700 people globally by 2020 with 140 of them based in the UK. The firm intends to hire occupational psychologists, development consultants and project managers in order to reach this target.

デロイトは、英国、米国、カナダ、日本で、リーダーシップに関するコンサル業務を立ち上げ、その後、他のメンバーファームにグローバル展開する計画です。

The accountancy firm plansinitially to launch the leadership consulting practice in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Japan, before it is rolled out to its network of member firms.
