今日はThanksgivingだ. アメリカの祝日の中私はThanksgiving が一番好き。クリスマスとハロウイーンと違って、買い物と経済の応援はぜんぜんしない。ただ家族と一緒に食べる。ただエーライごちそうを食って、食って、食って、もう一口をたべられなくなったら、ソファの上にに倒れて、意識なくなるまで、フットボール🏈を観る。どう見ても感匹な祝日。

Thanksgiving でアメリカの伝統的な食品は中心。どんな食卓でも七面鳥、マッシュポテト、サツマイモ、クランベリソース、アップルパイがでる。その上に家族の癖とルーツによってほかのものものも食べる。イタラリアの家族はLasagna,私の家族はKibbeh(キビ)、子供の時の親友の家族ははマシュマロスイとポテトだた。普通にマシュマロスイとポテトはデザートけど、Thanksgiving でおかずになる。もう一回繰り返す、感匹の祝日。

今年木曜日出勤したから、いつものThanksgivingの祝できなかった。その代わりに、週末でつまのお父さんと弟の家族と一緒にホームパーティーをしました。泉州の野菜たっぷりのせられたピザとつまのカボスケーキと私のアップルクリスプと二番目の子供のムムのかぼちゃプリンをたべました。いつものThanksgiving じゃなかったけど、感匹な祝日だた。

このレシピはMeatcoffee のと似ているけどMeatCoffeeはりんご2倍ぐらい使っている、生地少なくしている。でもアップルクリスプのミッスはほぼない。

Today is Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is my favorite American holiday. Unlike Christmas or Halloween, we don't go shopping or do much to support the economy. We just eat with family. We just eat and gobble and gulp a huge feast and then when we can't swallow another bite, we lie down on the sofa and watch football 🏈 until we pass out. Any way you look at it, it's a perfect holiday.

Traditional American food is the bedrock of Thanksgiving. Every table has turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and apple pie. But on top of that, depending on each family's roots and quirks other delicacies appear to. An Italian family might have lasagna, for my family it was was kibbeh. My best friend's family served Marshmallow sweet potatoes. It should have been a desert, but at thanks giving it was part of the main meal. I'll say it again. A perfect holiday.

I worked today, so I wasn't able to celebrate Thanksgiving as usual. Instead, I had a house party with my wife's dad and her brother's family on the weekend. We ate a pizza topped with lots of vegetables from Senshu, my wife's kabosu cake, my apple crisp for me, and my second child, Mumu's pumpkin pudding. It wasn't a usual Thanksgiving, but it was a perfect holiday.

Apple crisp is a simpler version of apple pie. It's not pretty, but it tastes good.

It's still difficult to write the recipe in Japanese, so I'll link it.

This recipe is similar to Meatcoffee's, but MeatCoffee uses twice as much apple and uses less batter. But there are no apple crisp mistakes.
