20 kilometer radius around the nuclear plant will be legally restricted Asahi.com reports. Residents will be allowed to go back in before the official close up to gather belongings.

As we suspected, 20 kilometer radius will be legally closed.
It will be:
Officially closed, but allow residents to go home to get their belongings.
They will be guarded by police officer or self-defense force.

We would like them to also allow animal rescue groups and their volunteer to enter the area with the official aid from the government to rescue starving animals left in the area.
