2011.10.20 Wakasu Wind Power Plant in Wakasu Park,Tokyo

There is a pwer wind plant in Wakasu Park ,Koto Ward of Tokyo,although I've never been there. The plant is the best landmark for us, because when we come back to Wakasu area from Hunabasi offing,Tiba prefecture and it show us the wind is going to blow over 4m/second, when wings of the plant start to turn.
