Portugal traveler's diary No.35

September is over today.
It is midautumn from tomorrow.

I picked up a fruit of Blackpepper at View Point in Evora town.
A name is Black, but, in fact, is red.


It is the same image both.
This fruit enters in a wineglass now. And it is on my desk.

Portugal traveler's diary No.34

A view from an April 25 bridge. The tower which we see centrally is "a tower of discovery".
Prince Henrique leads to the top with Vasco da Gama in Great Navigation Age. Vasco da Gama is a more famous historical person in Portugal.

The bridge which is built over Tajo River which they memorialize bloodless revolution day of Portugal, and was named.

Portugal traveler's diary No.33

This is a cork tree, too. It is a cork oak. There is much such a scenery in Alentajo district.
A number is written to the trace which tore off the bark with white paint.
The number shows the age that the bark came off.

It is a castle wall surrounding a town of Evora. A Muralhas castle wall.

Portugal traveler's diary No.32

Good morning everybody！

Today, it is sketching of an Aleｎtejo district located in the west of Lisbon.
In this district, cork production is prosperous.
The volume of production holds more than 50% of a thing in the whole world.
And 70% are exported to France.
Of course it is used as a cork of wine.

This is Temple de Diano in a town of Evora.
It is a shrine trace of old Roman Empire period.

I stayed at Tivoli Hotel in Lisbon.
This is a small sack of sugar attached to coffee.

It is a bridge named in commemoration of Vasco da Gama of a person of Indian route discovery.

Portugal traveler's diary No.30

I came to here, Cape Roca where the westernmost point in continenntal Europs.

The next letter was engraved into the tower which stood on the tip of a cape.
"Where the land ends and the sea begine."

Portugal traveler's diary No.29

This is strangely shaped rocks of the limestone which I watched when I go to Roca Cape located western of Lisbon.
I saw this rock of white uniform size artificially.

It is a lighthouse of Roca Cape.
Wind from the Atlantic was strong on that day.

Portugal traveler's diary No.28

There is Sintra Pousada on a mountain of the Lisbon suburbs.
This is a distant view of Sintra.

It was building of the royal palace in old days. And the sightseeing spot neighbor, the building become a hotel now.
It is a southern country-like structure here.

Good morning everybody!

I'll begin Portugal traveler's diary again.
I stayed at Tiboli hotel in a center of Lisbon.
The red roof which I saw from a window was very impressive.
A sketch was drew this painting in oiliness pen and colored it later.

There was southern country-like Hereconia in a lobby of a hotel.

The migration of wonder

Today's photographes are this オオカバマダラ (Monarch Butterfly).
These were sent by Mr.M.Biro of my friend who lived in Canada.
Now this butterfly is southing from Canada central part to Mexico of a destination.
It is the migration of wonder.
