さらに、Public Health England has published more details about the social distancing recommendations announced earlier by Prime Minister Boris Johnson. 

イギリスジョンソン首相によって以下の事を守るように示されています。

over 70 and pregnant women 

◎７０歳以上の方と妊娠中の女性は、公共交通機関を使うべきではない。

◎７０歳以下で以下の疾患を持っている方々も同様である。

• Chronic respiratory diseases, such as asthma and bronchitis（慢性呼吸器疾患：喘息や気管支炎）
• Heart disease（心臓疾患）
• Kidney disease（腎臓疾患）
• Hepatitis（肝炎）
• Chronic neurological diseases, including Parkinson's and Motor Neurone disease（慢性神経疾患：パーキンソン病や運動神経疾患）
• Those with a weakened immune system as a result of treatment for HIV and cancer（HIVや癌で免疫機能が低下している方）
• People with severe chest conditions such as cystic fibrosis（肺機能が低下している人、のう胞性繊維症）

◎それ以外の人々：

• Spending time doing favourite hobbies, such as reading or cooking（趣味で時間を費やすこと：読書や料理）
• Eating healthily, exercising regularly and avoiding smoking, alcohol and drugs（健康的に食べて、エクセサイズを行い、酒やたばこ、麻薬を避けなさい）
• Keeping windows open to let in fresh air and getting some natural sunlight（窓を開けて換気を行い、日光を浴びましょう）

なんと、小学生や中学生の夏休みや冬休み前に、

学校の先生から言われることのようです。

こんなことしか示せないのか！！イギリス！！

日本も同じようなものかもしれません。
