How to choose a good inkjet printer?

2016-11-04 17:28:46 | 高齢社会
The HSAjet controller is a very cost-effective HP based printing solution designed for limited printing jobs still requiring a high-resolution and high quality print. It is the ideal solution for packaging in the medical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The online inkjet print system is built with customized printhead servo driven mechanism and compact integrated controller unit, which can be perfectly integrated with all horizontal form/fill/seal packaging machines with up to four HP printheads.
Flexible& Easy handle
It is a very compact solution and calls for a minimum amount of maintenance. Consequently, NO special training is required to operate and maintain the inkjet print system, and the cartridges are clean and easy to install.
Powerful solution
The availability of different printhead styles makes the system usable in a variety of applications printing horizontally or vertically/down.
The combination of hardware and software provides a powerful printing solution as a stand alone or as part of an integrated application.
Retrofitting
1-4 Pen printhead as optional
Translational displacements of printhead driven by servo motor
Maximum working speed: 15cycles/ min

Metal casting, commonly known as hard die casting, is the use of metal casting materials, and gravity will be poured into the casting of molten metal casting technology. As a metal type can be poured hundreds of times to tens of thousands of times, so the metal-type casting, also known as permanent casting. Metal casting is suitable for mass production of complex shapes of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and other non-ferrous alloy castings, but also for the production of iron and steel metal castings, ingots and so on.
Aluminum alloy gravity casting its low melting point, casting performance, widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, motors, communications, hardware tools, and other fields.
Aluminum alloy has a lower melting point and good casting performance. Gravity casting parts and low-pressure casting products are widely used in many fields, such as automobiles, motorcycles, motors, communications and hardware tools. It can also better avoid the secondary processing of the casting in the pores.Through T6 heat treatment, the airtight performance can reach more than 50kg / cm2. [1]
Gravity casting refers to the molten metal under the action of gravity injected into the casting process, also known as gravity casting. Generalized gravity casting, including sand casting, metal casting, investment casting, lost foam casting, mud casting, etc .; narrow gravity casting mainly refers to the metal casting.

Dual colour powder coating by thermal break

2016-11-04 09:05:46 | 高齢社会
The technology in window and door profiles has advanced significantly in recent years which has enabled windows and doors to be painted different colours inside and out. Less than 1o years ago this was a very difficult process that for many windows and doors could only be achieved by having a polyester powder colour on the one side and an applied foil to give a dual colour effect on the other side.
Today technology enables all types of windows, doors, curtain walling and aluminium panels to be painted different colours inside and out simply and quickly. This has resulted in far more architectural freedom when choosing colour for windows and doors, given homeowners more choice and expanded the possibility for windows to match the inside and outside of a property in different ways.
It is the thermal break technology that has finally enabled the simple dual colour powder coating of aluminium profiles. A thermal break is vitally important to a window section as it provides the thermal bridge between the inside and outside faces and therefore gives the profile its thermal qualities and prevents cold bridging and condensation on the inside.
In previous years the thermal break was referred to as “pour and cut”. This meant that the solid aluminium extrusion was cut and a liquid resin poured in that created the thermal bridge. For powder coating purposes we must remember that the powder coating process itself does not make it possible to paint a complete section two different colours. Therefore with the old pour and cut thermal break dual colours were not possible.
