初めにお断りしておきますが、
ギルドマスターからのP.M.を拒絶・遮断する設定にしているだけで強制退会は考えておりません。
何らかの迷惑行為が有り、それを注意するためにP.M.送ろうとしても
P.M.を送れない設定にしている場合に強制退会も有り得ます
#1:(実例1)11/27迄に改善されなければ強制退会措置を取らざるを得ない人ある人がアドベンチャーなどで他の人の話も聞かずに
勝手な行動をして迷惑をかけて続け、その事でギルマスに苦情が多数寄せられています。
それについてギルマスよりP.M.で注意しようとしたところ
その迷惑な人はギルドマスターをブラックリストに指定しているために
P.M.で注意することも警告することも出来ません
#2:(実例2)出来れば改善してほしいが、特に迷惑行為も無いので 今の所は処罰としての強制退会は考えていない人
[チャットとメッセージの設定]=>[メッセージを送れる人]=>[該当者なし]にしている人は
[ギルドメンバー限定]または[すべてのユーザー]に換えてください
他に迷惑行為が無ければ処分としての退会は今の所考えておりませんが
注意以外にも大事なお知らせを送ろうにも送れず、
また処罰では無くても活動が少ない状態でギルドが混みあってきた場合に
PMで退会をお願いする場合も有りますが、そのPMが送れませんので
結果的に予告なく退会措置となってしまう場合も有ります

When Guilmas tried to warn him about it in the P.M.
This annoying person has the guildmaster on his blacklist.
The Guildmaster has been blacklisted by the annoying person, so he cannot be warned by the P.M.
#2: (Actual Example 2) I'd like to see improvement if possible, but I'm not particularly bothered by it.People who don't want to be forced to leave the forum as a punishment at the moment.
If you have set [Chat and Message Settings]=>[People who can send messages]=>[Not Applicable
Please change it to [Guild Members Only] or [All Users].
If there is no other annoying behavior, we are not planning to remove you as a punishment.
I've been trying to send you some important notices, but I can't.
Also, even if it is not a punishment, if the guild is getting crowded with little activity
In some cases, we may ask you to leave the guild by PM, but since we can't send that PM
In some cases, you may be asked to leave the guild without notice.
