Apink holds end-of-year concert... The concept is "A secret party to enjoy with fans"

Girl group Apink held a year-end concert and had a good time with fans (pandas).

Apink appeared as a guest on SBS Power FM's "Kim Chang-ryul's Old School" broadcast on the 18th, and performed live and talked.

When asked by DJ Kim Chang-ryul about their performance plans that day, Apink members answered, "We will hold our third solo concert at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on December 17th and 18th."

Apink, who held solo concerts once each in January and August last year, is said to be putting their heart and soul into preparing for this concert as well.

Apink is currently actively promoting the title song of their third album, "So that I can be excited," released on the 26th of last month.

Apink's comeback with the title song "So That I Can Make My Heart Throb" was not primarily about taking first place on music shows.

They're not saying this out of a competitive streak just because they haven't been able to take first place on TV music shows.

That was their real intention.
They wanted to have fun together with their fans.

The title "So That I Can Make My Heart Throb" really shows that.

After finishing the song, the girls exchanged opinions.

"It's not a cool song, but I think it shows our style well."

"Yes, it's a song that really hits home for us now. It's not like we've become beautiful women... it's important to be graceful as we age."

(Everyone laughs)

"That's right. We were talking about preparing an addictive song, but this is what really shows our style. Let's go with this. I'll say that this is good enough. Is there anyone who doesn't like it?"

"This is good enough for me."

"The title is 'So that I can get excited', right? I like this song too. It's best to sing a song you like."

And that's how this song came out. It may seem plain compared to other songs that are full of decoration.

However, the more you watch and listen to it, the more you get a deeper appreciation for Apink's music.

When Apink made their comeback, I was crazy about WJSN's "Secret."

I was enthralled by the runway performances of the adorable girls from Songso on down, and by Yeonjung's powerful singing voice, which even shocked babies into stopping crying.

Watching Apink's comeback stage in this environment made their music seem rather plain.

Maybe it was a kind of jet lag.

Right now, in my mind, WJSN's "Secret" and Apink's "Make My Heart Beat" are on the same level.

They're both great songs, so it would be a shame to kick one out. I think I'll be alternating between them for the time being.

But, there's no end to promising girls appearing one after the other.

WJSN seems like a group that will follow in Apink's footsteps and make a big splash.

Maybe in the future, more global girls will follow WJSN's footsteps.
