Toyota Lexus ES250 Tire Pressure Sensor Program by Launch X431

When you replace tire pressure sensors,you need to program it for your car.So here i want to show this instruction on how to use Launch X431 to program tire pressure sensor for Lexus ES250 2014.And here is a collection for TMPS projects:Tire Pressure Sensor Trouble Repair.

What You Need? Launch X431 V Pro Operation Procedure: 1.Switch on the ignition. 2.Select the Toyota Version V48.50.

3.Select “16PIN Diagnostic Socket (Euro&RoW)”.

4.Select “Automatic Search”.

5.Select corresponding car model ES250.

6.Select “Up to 08/2014”

7.Displayed car model information is as below.

8.Select system selection.

9.Select chassis.

10.Select ” ABS/VSC/TRC “.

11.Select “Read Data Stream”.

12.Select manual selection.

13.Select registered ID1 Code-ID5 Code (5 data streams) to read.

14.Write down the code value you read for later entry.

15.Select special function.

16.Select automatically scan the special function.

17.Select identification registration.

18.Select master tires and follow the prompts. Note, this vehicle requires to input 5 tire pressuresensor IDs.

19.Select Main Set

20.Input the ID1-ID5 codes according to the replacement of the tire pressure sensors. As ID1 is not replaced, input the original ID1 code “1234567”.

21.Input the ID2 code. As the ID2 tire pressure sensor is replaced, input the new code “1234567”.For the new code and Picture 11 for the operation interface.

22.Input the original ID3 code “07654321”.

23.Input the original ID4 code “9fedcba”.

24.Input the original ID5 code “1234abc”.

25.After successful entry, it prompts “ID login completed”.

26.Read the data streams of ID1-ID5 again to confirm each ID code has been successfully written.

How to use BMW ICOM software for Mini R56 diagnostics and programming

            

Confirmed! you can use BMW ICOM software ISTA-D and ISTA-P for Mini R56 diagnostics and programming.

If Mini R56 is in the F-series category then:

Try this sequence.

Turn off all Antivirus or remove them all together and turn off windows defended and firewall then :

1st>Plug in driver’s seat belt:

2nd>Tern on terminal 15:

3rd> Give a minute for control units too boot up,

then connect the ICOM emulator to DLC 16 Pin connector,

then allow ip address to set in tcp/ip setting in windows.

Then go ahead and try establish connection Mini R56.

If this procedure doesn’t work then try out another interface like Enet cable for Mini R56

Diagnose Toyota Yaris 2012 with Autel ds808

Autel DS808 Do the same test as Launch X431 ProS Mini does.
Tap “Diagnostics” -> Toyota -> Automatically select -> Read VIN – Europe / others -> 05 /2015 -03/2017- > with smart key -> confirm vehicle profile -> Establishing vehicle communication (this seems to be taking a little bit longer) -> Diagnosis -> Auto scan.

And this flew through the tire pressure monitor rare, well the Launch was slow on the tire pressure monitor. This was a little bit slower getting into the system.

Again we got 14 computers.

Tap “Report” and have the report, same as Launch.

Let’s see what the Autel does in comparison to the Launch.

But before start this, in the bag of goodies that came with the Launch, this extensional cable that you can put into the OBD2 port socket. I’m running two scanner I am not going to mean is I’m not going to keep diving down to plug one module in one module out, I can do my connection here, so I’m using the Launch extensional cable.

Live data on the Autel ds808
Diagnostic -> Control units -> Engine and ECT -> Live data, pick: Engine oil temperature, coolant temp, long FT B1S1, short FT B1S1, then tap “show”.

Graph is a little different. Let’s start the engine to show the fuel trims and there you go.

Let’s give the car some more heat so the engine I’ll carry on running without me put for the throttle and they’ll drop, the refresh rates are very quick on both Launch X431 pros mini and Autel ds808. I think the graph function of the Launch is better than on the Autel.

How to Configure BMW ICOM Next WLAN to enable WiFi connection?

1. Run ITool Radar to detect ICOM information

2. Open IE browser and enter ICOM configuration address (based on current real ICOM IP )

3. Select WLAN Settings
Enter WiFi settings
Save Changes.

4. Disconnect LAN cable and restart ICOM, then ICOM will auto connect with WiFi .

5. If using our ICOM software and USB-WIFI, enter configuration as following:
Mode:802.11n,2.4GHz
SSID:ISAP
Security Type: WPA2 Personal
Pre‐shared Key: BmwAp24h
