Washoku is a Japanese style of a meal, which usually has rice, miso soup, vegetables, and the main dish (fish/meat). Washoku is healthier compared to western food, which contains much of gluten, sugars, and fat.

Other countries are having their fermented food, such as Korean kimchi, wines, olive oils, and cheese, but Japan is one of the countries in which has so many own fermented food. Washoku has much-fermented food, such as miso, nato (both made out of soybeans), soy source, the Japanese style of pickles, sake. Fermented food is good for improving the immunity, anti-aging, the effect of detox, etc.I usually eat Japanese style of a meal for supper with my mom.

We live two of us, my mom and me, and we eat together usually. I feel that this is one of the most important time in my day because not only eating together but also chatting any topics and relaxing.I appreciate I can have such a time, since nowadays people are busy, and each family members come back home different time and eat separately. I think this makes individuals today feel lonely, like feeling not connecting with family or others. For people who live alone, they cannot often eat with their family members, but at least, eating with their friends often seems to be important to become social.
