AS A REMINDER PER THE MEDIA RELATIONS POLICY HANDBOOK
No electronic devices other than cameras are allowed at practice at anytime.
Photographers will be allowed to shoot from balcony with PR escort.
Photographers will be allowed to shoot practice through individual portion.
Photographers can only shoot tight shots.
All areas except for the media workroom are off-limits to all members of the media unless accompanied or cleared by a member of the team’s Media Relations Department.
In particular, these areas include the facility’s lobby, any area in the player and business parking lots, the area outside the media workroom, and the area in front of the main entrance of the facility.
No member of the media will be allowed to loiter in any location; all phone calls, etc. must be placed within the confines of the media work area.
Live shots on team grounds are not permitted unless approved in advance by the team’s Media Relations Department.
Cell phones and still cameras are prohibited in the locker room unless approved by the team’s Media Relations Department.
All video shots in the locker room must only be of interviews; no b-roll shots are allowed unless approved by the team’s Media Relations Department.
All media should park in the auxiliary lot at Nova University. If that is filled, they are to park in the garage locked next to the pro shop/cheerleader studio.
The following information observed during practice cannot be aired or published:
o Game strategy -- formations, plays, substitution packages
o Positions players worked
o Number of repetitions taken by any player
o Conversations that take place on field between players and/or coaches
· The Miami Dolphins have a zero tolerance policy regarding the above procedures.
