■ Minced meat croquette/メンチカツ
pork belly 300g (chopped)
Onion 150g
Salt,pepper

Chicken soup 3 tbsp(Mix 1/2 tsp of weipa and 3 tbsp of hot water )
White wine 1 tbsp
Egg 1pcs

Egg 3pcs
Flour 9 tbsp

1. Cut onion in 0.7-0.8cm each.not too small.
2. Mix 3 pcs of eggs. Add flour and mix until all the lumps are gone.
3. Mix Meat,salt,pepper and very well.Add onion.
4. Divide in 9 pcs. Put <2> and then bread clumb.
5. Deep fry in 170-180°.Serve with Japanese mustard, lemon and sauce.
