it's common food in Taiwan, but the taste is more spicy,
I remember my mother always put lots of 唐辛子,
and it taste mild tonight, I think it's OKINAWA's 麻婆豆腐.

台湾では一般的な食べ物ですが、味はもっとスパイシーです。
お母さんがいつも唐辛子をたくさん入れていたのを想い出します。
今夜のはマイルドな味。これが沖縄風なのかな。

・島豆腐を使った麻婆豆腐
・グスミチ（豚軟骨）と野菜の煮物
(グスミチは塩煮と野菜はだし汁煮と味付けを別にしています。）
・インゲンの胡麻和え
・手羽中のから揚げ
