This time I would like tentatively to share the commentary by Mr. Kunihiko Miyake, Visiting Professor at Ritsumeikan University and President of Foreign Policy Institute.
The April 22 Daily Beast carried an article titled "Russian General Lets Slip a Secret Plan to Invade Another Country and Seize Ukraine's Entire Coastline".
"Let's slip" here means "inadvertently divulge a secret", that is, this headline means "Russian General Leaks Secret Plan to Invade Another Country (Besides Ukraine) and Seize Ukraine's Entire Black Sea Coastline."
But did he really "inadvertently leak it"?
