あなたはどう思いますか？

犯罪を過去に犯した人には、未来に関して絶望しているのです。

私の友人は罪を犯した。その話を聞いた際何か出来る事はないのか？と調べた結果と考えについて

ぜひ皆様に今一度考える機会にしていただければと思います。

 

1.罪を犯した際に感じた事

コロナウィルスが蔓延った際、ある病院でコロナウィルスがまん延しているという噂がおきそれを広めたため。

ただ、危険が起きている事をただ、広く伝えようとした為です。

【刑法第233条　信用毀損および偽計業務妨害】
虚偽の風説を流布し、または偽計を用いて、人の信用を毀損し、またはその業務を妨害した者は、3年以下の懲役または50万円以下の罰金に処する。

結果的には『コロナウィルスはまん延していたわけではなくただうわさが独り歩きした為こうなってしまった事は仕方がない』と友人は言いました。

一番友人の中で感じた強い感情は絶望。地元での噂、就職の際には地元では雇ってくれる所はなかったという。やりたい事が出来ない事これからの人生の障害になっていくと感じたという。

 

2.就労と再犯について

刑務所再入所者のうち、再犯時に仕事がなかった者の割合は約７割・仕事のない方の再犯率は、仕事がある者の約３倍

罪を犯す→罰を受ける→就職難→再犯

以前あるソーシャルネットワークサービスで犯罪者に対する雇用は罪を犯していない人と比べて劣るべきという意見が８２％。就労という守られるべき権利を行使できずに再犯や亡くなってしまう人が年々増加傾向にある。

協力雇用主という存在が広く国民から理解され、協力雇用主であることが社会的にも評価されるよう、従来の広報啓発に留まらず、叙勲・褒章や、総理大臣表彰など、その活動を評価する取組が必要。

 

3.所感

様々な観点から加害者側の権利を守る必要があるのか？という問題提起は後を絶ちません。私自身も自分が被害者になった場合、親近者が被害にあった場合に客観的な視点をもってこの問題について言及できるのかどうか断言はできません。

ただ、再犯防止の目的だけではなく、人として生きていく以上過去の事は変えられない。

人はレッテルを張る。親兄弟・父母・犯罪者・LGBTQ　社会問題に関しこれだけではない。これらの問題はリアルでそれぞれの人間が考え前に進めていく事が重要なのだと思います。

皆さんも背を向けないで１人１人の人生と思い共に考えていきましょう。
