誰かの為の誰かに

あなたは日本って豊かだと思いますか？

1億2570万人の中でどれだけの人が『豊か』な生活を送っていると思いますか？

今回は、このG７にも入っている日本の経済格差について伝えたいと思います。

 

G７(最も裕福な自由民主主義国群)とは？

G7は、カナダ、フランス、ドイツ、イタリア、日本、英国、米国の7か国のことです。

これら7か国によるG7財務大臣・中央銀行総裁会議では、

世界の経済・金融情勢や国際通貨制度、金融規制・監督などについて意見交換を行っています。

G5と呼ばれていた先進5か国にカナダ、イタリアを加えて、

1986年（昭和61年）から開催されるようになりました。

 

日本の貧困率はG７中でワースト２位　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

人口の６人に１人が貧困とされている日本の貧困率は、

2012年には16.1％、2015年には15.7％、2018年には15.4％と

わずかに改善傾向にある（※厚生労働省　各種世帯の所得等の状況（p.６））。

しかしながら、OECDの2021年の貧困率を見ると、

日本は先進国のなかでもっとも高く、G７中でもワースト１位であることがわかっています。

貧困率の高さは、国内における格差の大きさを表している事は言うまでもありません。

2000年代中頃から、日本の貧困率はOECD平均値を上回っており、

長年にわたり格差が存在する状態が続いています。

 

考えていくべき課題

貧困というテーマで最も考えていかなければならない問題は『教育』です。

日本の社会では、親の資産≒子供の教育になっている現状がある為です。

 

・給食の代金が払えない

・授業料遅延もしくは払えない

・希望の進路に進めない

等です。

6人に1人が貧困といわれるこの時代に

果たしてどういった策を講じるべきでしょうか？

今回は解を用意せず皆さんに考える機会を持っていただければと思います。

 

おわりに

人間には、お金を「目的」として捉えている人、「道具」として捉えている人の2種類います。

前者は、お金がないと幸せになれないと思っています。

彼らはお金のパワーを盲目的に信じきっているため、

お金を手に入れることが「幸せ」につながると思っており、

お金そのものを生きる「目的」だと捉えているのです。

 

一方、後者は、お金自体は本質的に無価値であることを知っています。

お金を、他者との信頼関係を築き、その信頼を交換し合い、

自らの理想を実現するためのポジティブな「道具」として捉えています。

お金を「道具」としてとらえている人は、

持っているお金の量に関わらず、幸せな人生を送っているのです。

 

きっとその考えを持ち、歩める人が

誰かにとってあなたを特別な誰かにしてくれるのだと思います。

私も少しでも社会を良くし『誰かの為の誰かになりたい』。

Do you think that Japan is rich?

How much person thinks that "it is rich" or sends  life among 125.7 million people?

I want to tell about the economic disparity that enters this G7 this time in Japan.

 

What is G7 (the richest freely democratic country group)?

The G7 is Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, U.K., American seven countries.

At the G7 Minister of Finance, the central banker meeting by these seven countries,

I exchange opinions about world economy, finance situation and international monetary system, financial regulation, supervision.

Add Canada, Italy to advanced five countries called G5,

I came to be started in 1986 (Showa 61).

 

Poverty ratio in Japan is the second worst in G7                             

The poverty ratio that one of six people of the population is poor in Japan,

In 2012 in 16.1%, 2015 in 15.7%, 2018 with 15.4%

Slightly in the improvement trend (situation (p.6) such as the income of a lot of ※ Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare household).

 

However, when I see a poverty ratio of 2021 of the OECD,

Japan is the highest, and they are found to be the first worst in G7 in developed countries.

It does not need to say that the high poverty ratio expresses the size of the difference in the country.

From the mid-2000s, the poverty ratio in Japan exceeds the OECD mean,

The state that there is a difference has been continuing for many years.

 

The problem that you should think about

The problem that you must think about on a theme of the poverty most is "education".

This is because there is the current situation educating asset ≒ child of the parent in the Japanese society.

 

・I cannot pay the price for lunch

・Or I cannot pay the tuition delay

・I cannot go ahead to the course desired

 

In this time when one of six people is said to be poverty

What kind of measures should I really take?

I would appreciate your having an opportunity to think to everybody without preparing a solution this time.

 

Conclusion

To a human being, there are two kinds of the person arresting as a person catching money as "a purpose", "a tool".

I think the former not to be able to find happiness if there is not money.

Because they trust power of the money completely blindly,

I think that it leads to "happiness" to obtain money,

When it is "a purpose" to live in money itself, I arrest you.

 

On the other hand, the latter knows that money itself is a nothingness essentially.

For money, I build the relationship of mutual trust with others and change the trust,

I arrest you as a positive "tool" to realize own ideal.

The person who catches money as "a tool,"

Regardless of quantity of the money to have, I spend the happy life.

 

The person who can surely move forward with the thought

I think that he/she makes you somebody special for somebody.

I make society better even a little, and I "want to become somebody for somebody", too.
