Ingredients: For 3-4 servings
Paneer 400 gms Oil 2 tbsp Ghee 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Onion - 2 large sized Grated ginger - 2 tsp Garlic cloves - 10 Green chilli - 3 Tomato - Medium 2 Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi- 1 tbsp Green capsicum - 1 medium Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
