AKB48 member Takahashi Juri, who appeared on Korea's Mnet survival audition program "PRODUCE 48", will debut as a member of a girl group in Korea.

On the 4th, Takahashi Juri announced that she would be graduating from "AKB48" at her birthday concert. On the same day, she also announced that she had signed an exclusive contract with Woolim Entertainment, which also represents "INFINITE", "LOVELYZ", and "Golden Child", and would be debuting in Korea.

Takahashi Juri fought well until the end of "PRODUCE 48". She always maintained a high ranking.

About the difference between Japanese and Korean trainees.

In Korea, it's "I can do this, so I'll do this", while in Japan, it's "What can everyone else do? How do we all get together?"

Korean trainees often told me, "Why are you not confident? It's strange."We are not confident and it's the default, so at first, I felt that the attitude of Korean trainees was unkind and I was scared.

But then I realized how much more you can shine on stage by having confidence, and I began to respect that way of thinking.

I was disappointed that I ended up in 16th place, but the fans were really supporting me, and the other trainees cried because they wanted to debut with me. Having those friends was the most precious thing I could have. ...At that time, I had confidence in myself, and I was able to accept what I had done in my own way.

After giving it everything I had and having my dream shattered, she returned to her activities with AKB.
