Since "KARASIA" started, I've been watching a lot of KARA videos, not to mention concerts.
I didn't really notice it because I was only following music shows.
But KARA has appeared on a lot of Japanese variety shows.
It seems that their Japanese skills have improved a lot thanks to that.
"I got used to Japanese through variety shows"
I realized that's what it was.
Each member of "KARA" is able to appeal to their own character well.
K-pop girls have a variety of nicknames to make people remember their names, but KARA members are so well known that they don't even need nicknames.
The same goes for their singing voices.
While there is no one who is exceptionally good at singing, there is no one who is bad at singing either, which is a distinctive feature of their singing.
Gyuri, Seungyeon, Nicole, and Jiyeon are lined up in a horizontal line, with Hara a little below them, creating a nice balance.
When watching variety shows, Hara stands out for her dexterity in games and other things, and she has become the most popular member of the team.
Strangely enough, when watching KARASIA's performances, I don't think Hara is such a bad singer.
Hara's singing voice is certainly weak, and at one point she yelled at the fans in the venue.
"Shut up for a bit! It's too noisy, I can't sing!"
Hara's voice, singing in the silence, was quite good.
You could feel the flavor of it.
There must still be quite a few KARA fans who remember Hara's singing voice...
Aside from Hara, other singers with memorable voices include Jessica from Girls' Generation.
Perhaps it's because we no longer have a chance to hear her that it's a nostalgic memory in the back of our ears.
