英国の競争・市場庁が、4月に英監査業界の改革に関する最終報告書を公表しましたが、ビッグ4事務所がそれに対抗することができないかについて、法的な検討を行っているという記事。現地でそのような報道があったそうです。

The Sunday Times reports that the firms are mulling a judicial review.

ビッグ4事務所は報道を否定しているようです。

Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and EY were all contacted for comment. Deloitte says it has not actively considered a judicial review, while PwC says it is not exploring a legal challenge.
