お申し込み方法：　

受講を希望される方は下記申し込み書類をご記入の上、インド大使館内インディア・カルチュアル・センター担当、マーチャン・カルバジャル、またはヴェレンデール・バッツまでお持ちください。
1. 受講申込書/ the Registration Form (ICC-F01) … 2枚 (ページ下部のリンクをクリックしてください)
*それぞれに証明写真をお貼りください。
2. インディア・カルチュアル・センター使用規約(ICC-F02) … 1枚

また、上記書類提出時に下記書類もご用意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
3. 身分証明書のコピー(パスポート、運転免許証、健康保険証等)

India Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Tokyo, is pleased to announce the opening of the 2010 July-December ICC Class Sessions for the classes on :

Yoga
Tabla
Bharatanatyam Dance
Odissi
Contemporary Indian Dance (formerly known as Bollywood).

With NEW classes on :

Hindi Language
Bengali Language
Vocal (or Indian Songs)
Sambhalpuri

Interested individuals can register at the :

Library - 3F

Registration is on first-come-first-serve basis due to limited seat availability.

Please fill in two copies of the Registration Form (ICC-FO1) with your pictures attached, and one copy of the Rules and Regulations sheet (ICC-FO2).
Submit both documents with a copy of your Identity Card (e.g. passport, driver's licence, or health insurance card) and necessary charges at the :
