Ambition for my education
Contribution to education, a study, management, the society is demanded from the professor of the university. It is my basic way of thinking that the thing which is the most important in that is education. The education will be the most important element now in many universities. I taught so far at Japan and some American universities. How you educated a student at what university was the most important problem of the teacher. This was similar regardless of the level of the university. It was the same at the top-level university such as Columbia University. The education experience in this United States had a big influence on me. This is because well-known professors taught students very eagerly.
My specialty was educational psychology at first, but I was interested in educational method itself and studied education method in the doctoral course.
I went back to Japan, and I found jobs in the private university of Hokkaido. At this university, I did self-check evaluation and work of FD. I think this thing to have been a notable thing for me. And I taught child psychology as the chairman of the childcare education course. In addition, I supported studying abroad in America for students more than 100 every year. I educated Japanese to foreign students. And I performed the work that entered into a sister school contract with some American private universities. This had a very good experience for me. I have been in charge of the lecture of English and business English for many years. I think this to have been very good for me.
When I write some articles as a researcher of pedagogy and the educational psychology, I write it in a manner scientific as possible. Even if I tell education to expect it in a scientific manner, I do not hit it for students at all coolly. Because there is the experience of the counselor, I stand in the situation of the student at any and want to contact with counseling mind. I want to always keep feelings fresh.
Ambition for my study
The study that I worked on conventionally is a study to compare the Japan-U.S. higher education. I want to develop this in future. Fortunately, I work hard very much because I get a high evaluation from many professors in an international education symposium and the international Asian culture society.
Not only I compare the Japan-U.S. university education, but also I want to open it in secondary education and vocational education or an elementary course in future.
About the English education, I want to work on a problem how an interesting class can perform. A class does not gain English in the body for a student if not really interesting and thinks that the learning does not advance. I adopted an English song and toy, story-telling for a class so far because a student of the department of education was mainly.
I want to educate students while working out an idea in various ways at your university.
In addition, not only I merely assume results of research my result, but also want to tell students clearly.
