朝、起きるとライトが点きません。雨ですね。まずはラジオ体操、そして腕立て、腹筋。そして食事。今日は母の生活している部屋の掃除をします。仏壇のある部屋、テレビを見ている部屋、台所、廊下、トイレ、風呂と結構時間がかかります。一時間三十分位。母は97歳で足が弱っていますが、寝ていないので助かります。たった一つやってくれることが洗濯です。意識して、運動のつもりで頑張っているようです。歳ををとると体調万全でなく、どこかが痛かったり、眩暈ががあったりと、病院に行って医者に相談しても、あまり真剣に答えてくれなかったたりと、生きていることもなかなか大変で、辛いようです。身近にいるとよくわかります。私は、あまり長生きはしたくないです。さて、今日は万葉集にない山吹！？よろしければご覧ください。
