重量物搬送用エアベアリングのご紹介

重量物搬送用エアベアリングを開発しました！

定盤上で空気膜を介して重量物を簡単に移動・旋回及び位置決めできるエアベアリングを提供致します。

重量物搬送用エアベアリング本体にコンプレッサーのエアーを供給し、ベース面との間に空気膜を作ることにより、重量のあるワークを浮上させます。重量のあるワークの移送・回転が軽い力でスムーズに動かすことができます。重量のあるワークの位置決めや、精密測定機の位置決めなどに最適です。また、定盤・工作機械テーブルなどの上でも使用できます。大型かつ重量のあるワークにはこの重量物搬送用エアベアリングを複数個使用することで対応できます。

具体的には、金属プレス及び射出成形用の金型の移動、ラジアルボール盤の治具やワークの移動、大型工作機械のワーク治工具の移動、検査測定時の機器の位置決めや重量のあるワークの移動・旋回、組立塗装時の重量のあるワークの移動・旋回、ターンテーブルに使用できます。

 

 

We provide air bearings that can easily move, rotate, and position heavy objects on a surface plate via an air film.

Compressor air is supplied to the main body of the air bearing for transporting large objects, creating an air film between it and the base surface to levitate heavy workpieces. Heavy workpieces can be moved and rotated smoothly with light force. Ideal for positioning heavy workpieces and precision measuring machines. It can also be used on surface plates, machine tool tables, etc. Large and heavy workpieces can be handled by using multiple air bearings for transporting heavy objects.

Specifically, we move metal presses and injection molds, move jigs and workpieces for radial drilling machines, move workpiece jigs and tools for large machine tools, position equipment during inspection and measurement, and move heavy workpieces.
