温暖化と難民問題
人道的見地から言えば難民は庇護すべきである。しかしながら、難民が非常に多くなるとどうなるだろうか？
言語も文化も宗教も異なる人々が増えると、受入国の国民との間に摩擦が発生するだろう。摩擦が激しくなると、犯罪や暴動に発展するだろう。
難民の発生は、戦争や紛争だけではなく、経済的な疲弊や温暖化による洪水や旱魃によっても起きる。洪水や旱魃による難民の発生と耕作放棄は、難民問題だけに留まらず、食料生産量の減少にも繋がり、持続可能性の観点からも大きな問題である。
難民は庇護するべきであるが、難民が発生しないように戦争や紛争を抑える事や、温暖化による旱魃や洪水に対する対策を講じる他に選択肢はないだろう。

Refugees occur not only due to wars and conflicts, but also due to economic exhaustion and floods and droughts caused by global warming. The occurrence of refugees due to floods and droughts and the abandonment of cultivation are not only problems for refugees, but also lead to a decrease in food production, which is a major problem from a sustainability perspective.
Refugees should be protected, but we have no choice but to suppress wars and conflicts and take measures to prevent droughts and floods caused by global warming.
