中国が改善すべきソーシャル・キャピタル
習近平国家主席の周辺には経済の専門家がいないと言われている。中国共産党の最重要課題は、治安であり共産党政権の維持であると言われているが、経済的不成功はこれらの問題に直接的に影響する事を認識していないのだろうか？
経済的な成功要因には、金融、産業施策、産業インフラ、教育等、様々なものがある中で、中国の指導層の念頭には、ソーシャル・キャピタルが無いように思われる。
中国は、英国と約束した１国２制度をなし崩しにしたし、反スパイ法を作って、ビジネスマンに脅しを掛けたりしている。経済安全保障の観点から、中国依存を減らそうという流れが起き、不動産業界も破綻して、今、中国は大変な状況になっている筈である。
資本も中国から逃避しているが、こうした背景には中国のソーシャル・キャピタルの毀損が横たわっているだろう。
中国は、知的財産権を侵害し、低品質の製品で詐欺まがいの商行為を行い、他国の領海を無断で航行する等、自らの信用を毀損する行為を行ってきたし、今も行っている。昔、孔子が政治には信が最も重要だと言った事を知らないのだろうか？
Social capital that China needs to improve
It is said that there are no economic experts around President Xi Jinping. It is said that the most important issue for the Chinese Communist Party is security and maintaining the Communist Party's government, but do they not realize that economic failure has a direct impact on these issues?
While there are various factors for economic success, such as finance, industrial policy, industrial infrastructure, and education, social capital does not seem to be in the minds of China's leaders.
China has undermined the one country, two systems agreement it made with the UK, and has enacted anti-espionage laws to intimidate businessmen. From the perspective of economic security, there has been a trend to reduce dependence on China, and the real estate industry has collapsed, and China is now in a dire situation.
Capital is also fleeing from China, but behind this is probably the damage to China's social capital.
China has and continues to engage in acts that damage its reputation, including infringing intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent business practices with low-quality products, and sailing through other countries' territorial waters without permission. Don't they know that Confucius long ago said that reliance is the most important thing in politics?
