能登災害現場の仮設住宅
能登では仮設住宅の建設が進んでいる。避難所ではプライバシーが守られなかったり、集団感染の怖れがある等、落ち着いて生活が出来ないだろう。仮設住宅の建設が急がれる所以である。
とは言っても、速ければ何でも良いという訳ではない。建設が進んでいる中に、海岸の側で建設されている仮設住宅群があった。仮設住宅を求めている人は、地震や津波で家屋が破壊された人達である。そのような人達が海岸に建てられた住宅に住むと、被災時の恐怖を思い出す事になるのではないか？
他に適切な候補地がなかったのかも知れないが、被災者にとっては、余りにも残酷であるように思う。

Construction of temporary housings are progressing in Noto. It would be difficult to live a calm life in an evacuation center because privacy could not be protected and there was a risk of mass infection. This is why construction of temporary housing is urgently needed.
However, just because it's faster doesn't mean it's better. While construction was progressing, there was a group of temporary housing being built on the coast. People seeking temporary housing are those whose homes were destroyed by the earthquake or tsunami. If such people lived in houses built on the coast, wouldn't they be reminded of the fear they felt during the disaster?
It may be that there were no other suitable locations, but I think it is too cruel for the victims.
