『37 years old…』

I was born in 1973 October 28th.

Today is my 37th birthday. 5 years have been passed away since I came back from UK and Italy. Spending a few years at the comparatively high position from inside at the operation company and outside at the consulting firm.

Suddenly decided to establish my company in 2008 March 31st.

2 and half years went by and I have struggled for the delivery of the business consultation. Some encounters with the partners, rather say good partners have pushed me up for the practice. To deliver the good practice toward the clients, I need to brush up my capability and knowledge. Due to the accumulation of the job experience in the sports and entertainment industry, I could have enjoyed the good clients thanx to the surroundings. I need to say that some "staffs" efforts for the practice backed me up. I have to appreciate their endeavor.

I hope this on-going 3rd year should be sprouting stage for me and for my company in terms of the quality of the consultation and financial aspects. Unfortunately sports industry does not provide the overabundant budget. Therefore I need to have a contract with several clients. 37th years old is a good time to make my company "stable". I never have a dream which I will enlarge my company where more than 100 employees working... I just want to maintain my firm as it is. But this "to maintain" is the big challenge.

This 37th year should be.....

Big year! I do hope so and will make efforts for myself.
