As weather report forcasted, we have tremendously heavy snow in Tokyo today.
Since Tokyo seems not to be accustomed to have snow, once we got snow, many of public services easily un- available such as bus, train and metro. Especially, JR which used to be a Japan national railway decides to give up their services in such day. Today, I am lucky to get the train from Osaki to Shibuya upon JR lines but if snow continuously falls, their services could be suspended along their too strict internal rules. On the contrary, private railway companies make efforts for delivering the ordinary service level.
From Shibuya station, I have taken the bus.
All the buses equip the chain-covered tyres, so I have been shaken... hope no accidents happen tonight...
