新型コロナ(SARS２型/SARS-CoV-2/COVID19)mRNAワクチンで起きる血栓症ですがね。
因果関係無く持病の高血圧や動脈硬化や不整脈等が原因と言う論文とワクチンとの因果関係が有るとの論文両方在りますのでね。
ジョンソン&ジョンソン(J&J)は､ベクターワクチンですので血栓症が出易いですのでね。
深部静脈血栓症ですが此れは､不整脈等で血流が滞る事で起きる血栓症ですが静脈血栓症の殆どが血流が滞る事で起きる血栓症です。
脳卒中は､脳に血栓が出来たり動脈に出来た血栓が脳に行く事で起きる物です。
ワクチン接種と因果関係が無い方から言うと不整脈や高血圧・高脂血症等によって血栓症が出易く成っていた人がワクチン接種に関係無く起こした。
因果関係が有る方の意見は､低確率で起きる血小板減少や心筋炎/心膜炎の影響で不整脈が起こり血流が滞る事で血栓症が発生した。
血栓症が発生するのは、ワクチン接種から５日後が発生する時期で死亡した人も居ます。
重度不整脈が元々有る人は､血栓症が発生し易いですが此れは､重度不整脈の人は､ワクチン接種禁止時期にも出ていますのでね。
重度高血圧症もワクチン接種禁止ですしね。
因果関係が無い持病が原因と言う方の血栓症ですが不整脈で心臓から血液を送り出す能力が弱り血流が滞り血栓症が発生したや高血圧や高脂血症等で動脈硬化等で動脈狭窄が原因と言う意見ですのでね。
動脈や静脈が詰まって血栓症を起こした可能性も在ります。
因果関係が有る方の意見は､ワクチン接種で軽度と言え心筋炎/心膜炎を起こして不整脈が起こり血流が滞り血栓症が発生したと言う意見ですのでね。
mRNAワクチンのmRNAやスパイク蛋白質が血栓の原因と言う意見が在りますがそれは､全く関係無いですのでね。
血栓症は､血流が滞り発生する物血管狭窄で血栓が出来る事も在りますのでね。
動脈に出来た血栓が血流で運ばれて脳の毛細血管を閉塞して起きるのが脳卒中や脳梗塞で閉塞された毛細血管の血流が停止して凝固去れて行きますのでね。
水分補給をしっかりすれば防げます。
深部静脈血栓症や静脈血栓症は､血流が低下して起きる血栓症ですので元々不整脈が有った人が偶然起こしたのか極めて稀に起きるワクチン接種での心筋炎/心膜炎に伴う心室細動/心房細動に伴う不整脈により起きる物かは､不明瞭ですが確率的に低いですがね。
不整脈が有る人高血圧が酷い人等持病が原因の可能性の血栓症と持病とワクチン接種の副反応が合わさった可能性も在りますので不整脈や高血圧が酷い人等は､ワクチン接種する前に医師の診断受けた方が良いですのでね。
