We also took Mariko's advice to head off to Tsujiki market and did the Sumida River cruise. Be warned, the very popular sushi stalls had very long queues. We had some very lovely sushi at one restaurant. The very adorable and light-hearted obasan at the entrance thanked us for our visit as we departed after our meal. She even gave us a fan (showcasing the restaurant) each as a souvenir. She had such infectious smiles and exuberates such warmth. I could not resist and just had to have a picture with her!
Hai, Mariko! I enjoyed myself tremendously in Japan! Thank you very much! :)
