I read the interesting article about K-pop star and First Lady.
U.S. first lady is , of course , Jill Biden.
And K-pop star is, unfortunately I've never heard , Rosé , a part of the supergroup BLACKPINK.
They joined at at a mental health event last week. That event was hosted by Jill Biden.
Rose said,
Just as we feed ourselves for better health and fitness, mental health can not only be maintained equally as our physical well being.
As for herself, having a large social media following makes her feel vulnerable, particularly when people are critical.
Because there are always some people who have their own opinion or who enjoy taking control of the narrative.
While reading this article , I remember that many idols committed suicide in South Korea.
It’s said the causes of idol suicide are strict training ,detailed beauty standards, slander on SNS, invasion of privacy.
The number of idol suicides in Japan is lower than in South Korea.
However,I don't know Japanese idols like Rose.
