The special feature of this charter is that it is a complete document of women's rights. It incorporates various issues adopted at various times to address discrimination against women.
This charter affirms the responsibility of the state towards women. There are 30 clauses in the CEEDO Charter. The first 16 sections analyze how many types of discrimination there are against women. And the next 14 clauses explain how these disparities can be eliminated.
